Stick a fork in it, it’s done!! LMAO!
Another good way which is probably safer, would be to bend the disc in half. Even if it fails to break, the seam renders it useless. Some good circular scratches helps as well.

Yeah, this would work, the only problem is that I really don’t think this would leave the RW in CD-RW. =-D
